1. Cancellation of Rental Service

Customers may cancel their rental under the following conditions:

• Before Installation: Full refund if canceled before installation.
• After Installation: A notice period of 30 days is required.

We reserve the right to cancel the rental service for non-payment or breach of terms, with proper notice.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

• Before Installation: Full refund.
• After Installation: Prorated refund based on unused rental period.
• Service Issues: Refund for the period of service unavailability.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days and issued to the original payment method.

3. Returning the Equipment

The equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation. We will arrange collection within 7 days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees are non-refundable:

• Installation fees (once installation is completed)
• Late payment fees
• Charges for damage or repairs
